Wait you are probably wondering, Casey you own a CrossFit gym in Boise and you are just now starting?
Yes actually, 60 days’ worth of it. See the problem is I don’t have any goals, and that is something we push with all our athletes at Idaho Fitness Academy/IFA CrossFit. We want you to have goals, something to achieve, because if you have no goals what are you really doing in the gym?
The 60 Day CrossFit Challenge
So, I started a 60-day challenge to myself to do a CrossFit workout every day from our Wodify account (Coach Eric’s workouts) and see where this takes me, plus I am going to tell you the audience about it as well.
Today I did the very first IFA CrossFit workout programmed at IFA:
- 30-20-10 rep scheme of:
- DB Thrusters (25lbs)
- Toes to Bar
- Total Time: Drum roll please…. 7mins and 50 seconds. (Whew it was tough!)
If you are reading this, you are probably wondering why are you so excited about time? Because Mr. and Mrs. Blog reader, I just set a goal for myself. 😊
